Location: New Castle, PA
Responsible for mobilization of rigs and ensuring the rigs are rigged up correctly and oversees rig moves and helps drivers manage their time.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive the truck, operating winch or vacuum pump in a safe and efficient manner as needed.
- Responsible for loading and unloading trucks.
- Assists drivers with managing their hours.
- Approves time cards.
- Schedules and dispatches trucks.
- Makes sure loads are sent in correct order.
- Directs drivers.
- Other duties may be assigned.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Three to five years related experience and /or training.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos, all in English. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and/or employees of the organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES OR REGISTRATIONS:
Valid state issued CDL driver’s license.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Ability to adapt to change is a plus. Must be a good listener, able to plan and organize a schedule and possess the ability to make decisive decisions in a timely manner.
Must be able to work seven days a week, eight hours a day, including holidays. Must be able to work an additional tour if the crew following is shorthanded. Must be able to work various shifts. Position may require traveling and/or stay out of town up to 50% of the time.
