The Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance’s International Roadcheck takes place tomorrow, June 4 through Thursday, June 6 – are your drivers prepared?
Throughout North America, CVSA-certified commercial motor vehicle inspectors will be conducting the 37-step North American Standard Level I Inspection, including an examination of driver operating requirements and vehicle mechanical fitness. All drivers should be made aware of the inspection and, as always, should be carrying their license, medical card, and log book (ELD/tablet). Before dispatching trucks, ACV Enviro recommends inspecting all shipping documents (Hazardous and Non-Hazardous Waste Manifests/Bills of Lading).
Drivers in ACV Enviro’s Norfolk, Massachusetts office had an early morning training session to ensure drivers know how to properly inspect their trucks before hitting the road. It pays to be prepared and to make safety your top priority at all times!
